The Website will forward the order to the supplier so that the supplier can supply the order of product or service purchased by the customer, in accordance to the terms of transaction agreed between the supplier and the customer.

| 3.3 | The supplier is the sole responsible by the quality and good state of the product, for its suitability to the order, its features and its supply to the customer, as well as further commitments effective upon the supplier according to law.

| 3.4 | Inquiries concerning any subject and topic connected to the product or service ordered and its supply will be done by the customer, directly from the supplier, according to the details displayed in the Website.

| 3.5 | According to our policy, AsTech does not supply its services to sellers/ suppliers who do not advertise their phone numbers or support e-mail address with in the Website. That in order to protect and assist registered AsTech's customers and consumers.

| 4. | Payments
|
| 4.1 | Payments to suppliers for their products or services will be done through AsTech's payment gateway servers.

| 4.2 | AsTech's payment servers will execute confidential data transfer of its customers only by ways that will ensure the protection and immunity of personal details and secrecy of the customers' and or consumer form of payment and or credit card details.
AsTech transfer the data employing the SSL encryption system and is also a registered MasterCard SDP (secured data protection) and Visa's Account Information Security (AIS) program, also known as Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) member, which is the most advanced method implanted in the electronic commerce in e-commerce business activity.
AsTech is entitled to modify the payment method and improve it, employing other advanced methods or additional methods, in order to protect the customers, consumers and their privacy.

| 4.3 | As said, after the reception of the order details by AsTech, the order will be forwarded to the recognized supplier. Simultaneously, the details will be passed thru AsTech risk management anti fraud systems before it is transmitted to the credit card acquirer or banking institution in order to debt the customer's or consumer account.
The credit card company, in accordance to its rules and regulations, will credit AsTech's account for the purchase of the product or service, and in accordance to the terms of order.
AsTech will pay the supplier/seller for the order, in accordance to the agreement signed between AsTech and the supplier/ seller.

| 5. | AsTech's obligations to the customer

| 5.1 | AsTech is obliged to cancel the transfer of funds to the supplier, in case the customer notifies AsTech of cancellation of the transaction, for the purchase of the product or service, according to the terms and dates detailed further.

AsTech will also reimburse the customer for the payments already deducted and cancel future charges. |

Purchase of subscription for a limited period of time through AsTech |
AsTech will notify the supplier that the subscription was cancelled and will block further charges from the customer's account. |
Notification of cancellation of subscription will be done through the online form, from the following link, up to 2 (two) business days before the monthly charge date.

| 5.2 | For the first time in middle-east, the customer receives full security and assurance that they will receive the product or service they ordered, and in case of cancellation of the order, by the reasons already described, they will be refunded.

| 5.3 | AsTech's policy is to securely transfer funds from the customer to the supplier, and in the other hand to prevent the payments from a supplier who failed to fulfill his commitments to the customer, by not supplying the product or service ordered from him and paid for with credit card, electronic check or any other form of payment.

| 5.4 | AsTech will make everything in its power to protect the customer, providing full assurance and security in purchasing via the internet, through AsTech.

| 5.5 | For clarification: The suppliers displaying their products or services in AsTech's website are NOT property of AsTech, unless otherwise specified.

| 6. | Security on the Purchase Procedure
|
| 6.1 | AsTech employs the best security mechanisms in the electronic commerce, in order to secure the purchase procedure through AsTech, either a product or service, as well as the right to privacy and confidentiality of its customers.

| 6.2 | "Sensitive" information is transferred using SSL encryption system. The system is supervised, totally closed using methods and means purchased or developed by AsTech or affiliated companies.

| 7. | Execution Notifications and Invoices
|
| 7.1 | After the order is confirmed and the payment is executed, AsTech's payment server will send a notification via e-mail to the customer, confirming the receipt of order.
Invoice/ Receipt from the supplier will be attached to each delivery or the address provided by the customer.

| 8. | Canceling the Transaction
|
| 8.1 | In addition to clause 5.1.3 above, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and be reimbursed even after paying for the product or service, in accordance to the Consumer Protection Laws.

| 8.2 | In addition to clause 5.1.3 above, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and be reimbursed up to 2 business days from the date in which the supplier was supposed to supply the product or service ordered.

| 8.3 | In addition to clauses above, AsTech decided to improve its services and to enable its customers and consumers to cancel a transaction within 30 days from the date of its execution, as long as the customer acted in good faith and as long as the payment for the product or service was debited from the customer's account in accordance to the rules implemented by the credit card companies (Visa or Master Card) and the FDIC.
In such case, AsTech will refund the customer with the same amount paid by the customer, with the condition that a written confirmation from the supplier, stating that the product or service was returned in its original package, is attached to the customer's notification canceling the order.
Upon receiving the customer's notification and the above mentioned confirmation from the supplier, AsTech will cancel the transaction and refund the customer with the full amount paid for the order.

| 9. | We are Committed to Not Accumulating Data
|
| 9.1 | Data concerning AsTech's customers, credit card details, bank information and payments will not be accumulated (stored) in the payment servers employed by the suppliers who supply products or services and forward debit notifications to AsTech.

| 10. | Transparency

| 10.1 | AsTech will provide access to every customer to verify the status of his order, and to every supplier the status of ordered products or services effectuated, through the order follow-up system developed by AsTech, in order to enable a sound and effective activity in costumer service.
